This is the running inventory of every service my AI tools can reach, and through what. Some connections are MCP servers, the Model Context Protocol connectors that let an AI client call a service's tools directly. Others are ordinary REST APIs with a key or an OAuth token kept in a file on Pinebox. Secrets never go into chat or git, and anything that sends, submits, or spends waits for my yes.

Through Blackbox

ServiceHowWhat it does
TodoistREST API, tokenThe official task list: read, add, complete, reschedule, organize, with a permanent local log
Google CalendarGoogle API, Blackbox's own OAuth (Internal app in the Blackbox Cloud project)Meetings and open blocks in the morning and night briefs
GmailGoogle API, same OAuthReads unread mail and finds conversations owed a reply; sending goes through Alpine, only when I press Ctrl+X
UpworkUpwork's official MCP server, OAuthNew jobs, triage, proposals and their status, invitations, messages owed; read-only, never submits
AnthropicClaude APIOne model per job, with fallbacks, wired but not yet the active backend
OpenAIAPIThe current backend, GPT-5.6 Terra, for briefs, chat, and pitches
DigitalOceanGenAI agent endpointFallback model
GitHubgit over HTTPSThe nightly encrypted backup goes to a private repository

Through Pinebox scripts

ServiceHowWhat it does
Google Places API (New)API key, restricted to Places, in the Blackbox Cloud projectPublic Google Business Profile data for local SEO checks and competitor pulls
IndexNowKey file plus a GitHub ActionTells Bing and the other IndexNow engines about new pages on all five sites
GitHubgh CLI, OAuthRepositories, GitHub Pages settings, Actions, and domain checks for every site
Anthropic and OpenAIAPI keysThe AI visibility tracker, run only when I start it, because every run costs money

Through Claude Code

Claude Code on Pinebox has these connectors attached through my Claude account, plus everything on the machine itself:

ConnectedNotes
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google DriveSearch, read, draft, and send mail; read and create events; read and create files
UpworkThe same official MCP server Blackbox uses
TodoistTasks, projects, comments, reminders
Slack, Dropbox, CalendlyMessages and canvases, files and share links, scheduling
SemrushKeyword, backlink, and domain reports
WixSite building and management
Claude Docs and ArtifactsShared documents and published pages
UberRide estimates
Screaming FrogLocal MCP server for crawls, when the SEO Spider is running
Signed out for nowMicrosoft 365, PayPal, Spotify, Strava, Zoom: available, waiting for a sign-in

OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, and Claude.ai

Codex on Pinebox has the Screaming Frog MCP server and a Gmail connector. ChatGPT and Claude.ai carry their own connectors on my accounts; they aren't inventoried here yet.

On the way

  • Basecamp. I am moving from Basecamp 2 to Basecamp 5, choosing which projects to migrate. Basecamp 5 has a refreshed API with official SDKs, a command-line tool, agent Skills, and an official MCP connector at https://mcp.basecamp.com/mcp, included with every account, for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Grok.

Worth adding

  • Google Analytics. Google publishes an official MCP server for Analytics. It is read-only and labeled experimental, and it would let any of these clients pull GA4 reports directly.
  • Google's managed MCP servers. As of April 2026 Google listed more than 50, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, People, Chat, BigQuery, and Maps Grounding Lite for place and routing data.
  • Google's Developer Knowledge MCP server, which answers from Google's official documentation.
  • Search Console. There is a full API but no official MCP server that I could find, so it would be a Pinebox script like the Places one.
